JMJ Factory is a branch of the D'Knock Production company, specializing in voice over & dubbing, video production and branding assistance. Its founder and CEO is Jelena Juranović Jay, while Darko Juranović is the co-founder and Brand Manager.

Jelena is a professional voice over artist, a native speaker of the standard Croatian language with 15 years' experience in recording numerous COMMERCIALS, INTERACTIVE TOYS, E-LEARNING and DOCUMENTARY projects, IVR prompts for CALL CENTERS, AUDIO BOOKS, MOVIE TRAILERS etc. for many prominent brands such as: Sony Playstation, Fisher Price, Mattel, Milka, Douglas, Philips, Nestle, Jamnica, Ledo, Calzedonia, Podravka, Prima, Baby Center, Dukat, Orbico, Cedevita, HT Eronet, Beko, Vaillant, Purina, Plazma, Profil etc.

She also dubbed numerous cartoons, including: Cocomelon, VIP Pets, Superbook, Pokemon, Ben 10, The Smurfs, Sammy and Friends, Niko 1, Niko 2, Dora the Explorer, Superhero Spiderman, Transformers, Cry Babies, Strawberry Shortcake Berry Bitty Adventures, Spot Bots, Hey Duggee etc.

Jelena is also a musician with 25 years' experience in the music industry. She used to be a backing vocalist to a number of famous Croatian and regional music stars, including: Jacques Houdek, Zdravko Čolić, Željko Joksimović, Oliver Dragojević, Arsen Dedić, Toni Cetinski, Novi fosili, Nina Badrić, Ivana Kindl, Hari Mata Hari, Željko Samardžić, Kemal Monteno, Petar Grašo, Colonia, Maja Blagdan, Lana Jurčević, Feminnem, Aleksandra Kovač, Nina Pušlar, Rebeka Dremelj, Marija Šestić and many others.

She performed at the Eurovision Song Contest four times, as a backing vocalist to the performers representing Croatia, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. She was also a backing vocalist in various TV shows, as well as at national and regional events such as: Dora, Porin, Zagrebfest, Croatian Radio Festival, Zvijezde pjevaju (Just the Two of Us), Ples sa zvijezdama (Dancing With The Stars), Hrvatska traži zvijezdu (Croatian Pop Idol), EMA (Slovenia's national selection process for Eurovision) etc.

She is now the lead vocalist of the music duo D'Knock & Jay, together with her husband, music producer Darko Juranović D'Knock, and as a duo they have released 4 singles: Stvorena za ljubav, Samo ti, Jedan dan and Ljubav najbolje zna.

Jelena and Darko Juranović have their own studio for audio and video production, fitted with high-quality studio equipment, with a possibility of recording, editing, mixing and mastering, as well as video editing, which Jelena has also been doing for the past 10 years.
